If said time traveler would manage to do something that could affect history, God could/would providentially cause it to work to His glory and to His purposes.Nathan Richardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14973320923465400932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11738269.post-12641718134317439192011-09-14T18:07:40.415-05:002011-09-14T18:07:40.415-05:00To link this to the Arminian-Calvinist debate, cou...To link this to the Arminian-Calvinist debate, could a time traveler alter anything that had already been predestined to happen? My conclusion was that we would still be under the New Covenant as we would knowledge of the full atoning work of Christ. And, I would contend, that passages like Heb. 11:13-16 would indicate that we could have hope based upon our desire and expectation of Christ.Nathan Richardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14973320923465400932noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11738269.post-20171000672399351232011-09-14T08:27:38.870-05:002011-09-14T08:27:38.870-05:00Note how the post was tagged. It was tongue-in-cheek, falling into the "Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?" category.

On the other hand, I suppose it does touch on something of importance. No matter what one watches, reads, or listens to, it is important do so critically through the lens of scripture. So, in that respect, maybe my question wasn't all that silly.Lee Sheltonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11254842261338255019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11738269.post-67450505370359140192011-09-14T08:16:52.441-05:002011-09-14T08:16:52.441-05:00stop watching dr. who (duh)
