Secular Media Puts Rob Bell to Shame

The fact that this man is actually taken seriously by professing Christians boggles my mind.

This is one time when Arminians and Calvinists should come together to battle this rank heresy.

It looks like Rob Bell got clobbered with all those good questions. All he could do was side step some and appeal to mystery.

It seems it's very easy to appear impressive and knowledgeable when you have a prepared script and the opportunity to have multiple takes. It's something else entirely to have to answer direct questions.

Rob may not be granting many more interviews after that.

It's interesting to note that Martin Bashir is described as "a committed Christian" on his Wikipedia page.

I will confess, that would be one difficult question (the first one asked) to field on live TV without time to think it over.

If you're interested in a full length book response to Bell's Love Wins check out the soon to be released Love, Freedom, and Evil: Does Authentic Love Require Free Will? by Thaddeus Williams (Amsterdam/New York: Rodopi Press). You can find out more here: www.lovefreedomandevil.com

Blessings!
